Findhorn Ecovillage
Building alliances for a sustainable future. Findhorn Ecovillage is a demonstration project for sustainable human community in north of Scotland and has been in existence for nearly 40 years.

Located on 3 square miles in south central Tennessee, The Farm is home to approximately 200 persons today. Founded in 1971 with a spiritual commitment to simple living and self-reliance, The Farm has pioneered a wide range of social and physical technologies appropriate to low-cost, high satisfaction community living.

Established in 1982 with a two-fold mission: to support those who have eliminated meat from their diets, and to educate the general public about vegetarianism, including issues of health, ethics, and the environment.
