- Take I75 South to Corbin, Kentucky. Take 25E toward
the Tennessee/Kentucky border.
- Stay on 25E through Middlesboro and the Cumberland
Gap. Continue on 25E through Tazewell until you reach Thornhill/Washburn
exit (state Route 131).
- West on Route 131 for 10 miles to Washburn.
- In "downtown" Washburn, turn right at the
Post Office onto Liberty Hill Road
- Liberty Hill Road follow a creek for about 1 mile,
turns left at Petticoat Junction General Store, continues along creek
for about 1 more mile, and turns right to go between the mountains
to the S & L Market (with gas pumps) in Liberty Hill.
- Just after the market, take a sharp left turn to
continue on Liberty Hill Road - passing behind the market.
- Follow Liberty Hil Road past The United Methodist
Church to the Liberty Hill Baptist Church (1/2 mile).
- Bear left past the church to continue on Liberty
Hill Road for about 2 miles. After you cross the creek, look for the
Narrow Ridge sign and the address 1936 on the right. This is the entrance
to the Resource Center. Park in the parking lot.
